This New Software Will Be Deployed

The Aadhaar and PAN card will now be used for identifying buyer and seller due to this set of new rules. In Sampada 2.0, the identity will be established through e-KYC. There will be a facility of video KYC too (sampada 2.0 se kya kya suvidhyae milengi), whereby the registration officer also communicates through video call. Added to these are many other new parts such as GIS mapping of property (MP Registry Rules), biometric identification, automatic formatting of documents, and several others. Documents Will Now Be Prepared Digitally Signed
Another feature of this software is that it prepares documents digitally signed via Sampada 2.0. It will also ease up many of your works. Madhya Pradesh has taken a big step in facilitating and simplifying the registration of land and house. This will be the time when people will register a piece of land or house without going to any government office, just by sitting at home.
